If you have the need to return one of our items, we ask that you first notify us at where we can look to refund or exchange your goods - don't forget to include the order number!

Our returns policy lasts 14 days, beyond that we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any requests for refunds will only be granted on items that are sent back in a perfect condition and have any original tags attached. Returned items not in this condition will not be sent back to the customer unless they pay postage costs. 

When items are pre-ordered and paid for in advance, your returns period will start from the day that you receive your order.

Where exchanges are requested, we can not guarantee that your required size will be in stock and in such cases are happy to either offer a refund or send you your desired size when it is back in stock. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and these shipping costs are non-refundable. Please obtain a Proof of Postage receipt from the Post Office when returning items to us as we can not be held responsible for items that do not arrive to us.

Please note that returns can take 3 working days to be processed and then up to a further 7-10 days for the money to appear in your bank account depending upon your payment provider.
